Eine rote Cuvée von Trauben aus traumhaften Lagen in Seenähe.
Handlese, gerebelt, Spontangärung in Edelstahltanks und Holzgärständern, 2-3 Wochen Mazeration, dann gepresst und in alten Fässern gereift.

Dank des sandig, lehmigen Bodens mit hohem Schottergehalt kriegen unsere Weinreben keine nassen Füße – und danken es uns mit wunderbarer Farbe und Würze. Ein vielseitiger Speisebegleiter.

Red blend made of grapes from fabulous vineyards near lake Neusiedl.
Handpicked, destemmed, natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks and wooden vats, 2-3 weeks of maceration, then pressed and aged in old barrels.
Due to the sandy-loam soil with high gravel content we get gorgeous wines -with deep colour and a lot of spice.
Good ageing potential and versatile food companion.
